Refund Policy

Refund Policy for Events at Solstice:

At Events at Solstice, all bookings are subject to our strict cancellation and refund policy. By reserving a date, you agree to the following terms:

Deposits & Payments

  • A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the event fee is required to secure your reservation.

  • The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days before the event.

  • A $300 refundable security deposit is due with final payment. It will be returned the Monday following your event, assuming no damages or violations occurred.

Cancellation Schedule

  • 60+ days prior to event: Full refund minus $500.

  • 30–59 days prior to event: Refund of 50% of total event fee.

  • 1–29 days prior to event: No refund.

  • Minimum loss for any cancellation is $500.

Please Note:

  • Cancellations must be made in writing or in person (voicemail cancellations are not accepted).

  • Postponements are considered cancellations.

  • Bookings made within 14 days of the event date are non-refundable.

Force Majeure

If a government mandate prevents us from operating (e.g., COVID-19 restrictions), we will offer a postponement within 18 months, but no refunds will be issued.
